Size Exchanges
If the fit isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original state. We arrange pickup from your address.
Defects
We build these to a strict specification, but if a defect slips through, let us know. If the fabric or stitching fails due to manufacturing, we will replace it or refund you. No arguments.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will be notified via email.
Exceptions
Normal wear, intentional fading from washing, or damage from improper care is not covered. Read the specification sheet and care label.
